Self taught design part 1

TITLE: Justice

TAGLINE: "Justice will arrive in nine days. The question is, will it find you or someone else?"

GENRE: Fantasy FPS

CONCEPT: The player-character is one of the Sene' Cil, an elite group of bodyguards who primarily serve higher levels of royalty. They are feared for both their martial prowess and arcane skills. The saying goes "There are greater wizards and fighters but only the Sene' Cil are bred for both. For centuries, they have never lost a client to assassination or murder. Until now. To make matters worse, you are held responsible.

CATEGORY: Justice is an faster than usual FPS. Currently, the mode is single player only but the design could be adjusted to accomodate co-op multiplayer on consoles or network play for PC's.

PLATFORMS: Xbox 360/PC

LICENSE:Based on the novel, Justice, written by me. This also has strong graphic novel potential.

TECHNOLOGY:TBD

TARGET AUDIENCE: Gamers who love fantasy and a fast pace will find this title irresistible.

KEY SELLING POINTS: No leveling/skill increases/three classes of magic/eight schools of magic/proprietary, spell infused weapons/a wide range of NPC's to interact with, from the uber-powerful and mysterious Arisen to the feared collective known as the Voice/recruit allies to assist you.

MARKETING SUMMARY: Players can adopt a strategic style or a power style. Either way, there are mysteries to solve and the story becomes less straightforward as the player and narrative progresses. In a nutshell, the storyline takes a worse for wear cliche, the damsel in distress, and turns it on its head.
